From Dunlewey volunteer to Belfast City Hall artist! Rachel Magill blew everyone away with her stunning artwork at our 35 year anniversary GALA Ball. And now, thanks to the Lord Mayor of Belfast, Christina Black, Rachel’s work will be displayed in the iconic Belfast City Hall.
